Here are a variety of pictures taken during the Dragon Boat Festival 2006 in Miami. I enjoyed the races themselves, the shows and the food. I am looking forward to next year's festival since it is an annular affair.

The pictures are not intended to be representative of the event. They are just my random pictures taken and a way to distribute the pictures to the participants.

The picture's name is really the date-time:
YYYY MM DD - HH MM SS.

The pictures are split in two groups:
1: Festival Pictures.
In the beginning of the day, the pictures are of people in the starting area and later in the finishing area.
2: Boat Races.
Since all the boats look the same except for the number, and all the paddlers wear identical life jackets, it is difficult to recognize the different teams. The best way is to check the time of the race since the picture name is the date time and the pictures are in time sequence.
